Our Guest Expert, Julia Sokol, Founder & CEO of SassClass will teach us a short, beginner-friendly dance routine combining easy and empowering moves that will tap into your sensuality and femininity.

You'll strut out of class with a short choreography routine that you can pull out whenever you need a dose of goddess energy, or even to perform for a partner.

We recommend wearing an outfit that makes you feel both cute and comfortable -- ex. leggings or booty shorts, sports bra, tank top / tee. Heels, sneakers, or barefoot all work.
