This month, it feels like we’re emerging from our cocoons in a whole new way. After 14 months of living through a pandemic, many of us are moving into summer with more freedom (and fun) than we’ve experienced in quite awhile.
For some, this may feel long overdue and for others, it’s a whole new world to navigate. You may be having social anxiety, feeling insecure about your body, career or other aspects of your life. With all we’ve been through, please know that all your feelings are valid, normal and welcome!
Whether you’re already a butterfly or slowly emerging from your chrysalis, let’s take some time to think about how we can really nurture ourselves this summer.
