A Gratitude Ceremony

In honor of the upcoming holiday and this month's theme, I'm excited to invite you for Sacred Beauty Session 28: A Gratitude Ceremony, with Guest Expert Jennifer Escalera, Metaphysical Intuitive Healer, Mom, Creatix and Instructor at The Mystic Living School. Jennifer will be guiding us through a sacred, multicultural practice to help us express gratitude, connect with our ancestors and cultivate greater peace and happiness.

Many women (especially women of color) were taught that self-care is selfish and shamed for getting help. If and when we finally take care of ourselves, it's often because we are at the brink of burnout and we are just trying to survive.

In this session, Jennifer will teach us how to redefine self-care and bring more balance into our lives through a feminine, spiritual and ancestral approach. You’ll learn how to how to connect to your ancestors and ask for their help to deepen your state of gratitude and grace.

Our Gratitude Ceremony will include a guided meditation, sound healing and sacred tools to bring about profound healing not only for yourself, but for those around you, your communities, all living things, and Mother Earth.

Suggestions to bring to the Ceremony: (not required to experience the benefits)

Candle, incense, sage, palo santo, copal resin, and/or essential oils

Crystals

Bowl + water

Feather or fan

Pictures or trinkets of your loved ones and ancestors

Anything else that is special to you, or just bring yourself!

Please wear earphones for the ceremony portion of the event.
