A Gratitude Ceremony

In honor of the upcoming holiday and this month's theme, I'm excited to invite you for Sacred Beauty Session 28: A Gratitude Ceremony, with Guest Expert Jennifer Escalera, Metaphysical Intuitive Healer, Mom, Creatix and Instructor at The Mystic Living School. Jennifer will be guiding us through a sacred, multicultural practice to help us express gratitude, connect with our ancestors and cultivate greater peace and happiness.

Many women (especially women of color) were taught that self-care is selfish and shamed for getting help. If and when we finally take care of ourselves, it's often because we are at the brink of burnout and we are just trying to survive.
