Energy Healing 101

I’m so excited to invite you to join our next Guest Expert, Jasmine Montoya, Life Alchemist, Reiki Master, and Spiritual Guide, as she explains what energy healing is and why it should be part of your wellness routine.

Jasmine will guide us through a crash course on Reiki and the chakra system and how to use them as tools in understanding what your body needs for healing. She’ll also share a bit about her 8-year healing journey and how, through energy healing, she became the woman, mother, and healer that she is today.

We will end our session with a sound healing meditation using 432 hertz crystal bowls to activate the mind, body, and soul.
