Recently, I had the pleasure of hosting a girl's empowerment event, Healthy Body & Healthy Beauty, with my dear friend, health coach Mary Chan at the Ivivva shop in Union Square. We led a group of precious 8-14 year old girls through our top nutrition and beauty advice, getting their feedback and answering questions along the way. They were all super interested in makeup and it was so fun to share healthy products and age appropriate tips with them!
